This foundational experience in community organizing—advocating for the rights of Dalits, farmers, and women—remains the heartbeat of his professional commitment.

Over the past 14 years, Yoseph has transitioned his expertise to Visthar’s Accounts and Administration division. By bridging his deep field experience with financial management and organizational systems, he ensures that the organization’s resources effectively serve the cause of social justice.
