Dharmaraj Gonal

Dharmaraj is a social activist, writer, and theatre practitioner deeply committed to upholding constitutional values and advancing social justice. He creatively leverages literature, poetry, and the arts to challenge systemic inequality and inspire grassroots change. Hailing from Gonal village in Raichur’s Maski taluk, Dharmaraj holds a BA, a Diploma in Social Work (DSW), and a Diploma in Theatre Arts (DTA).

He currently serves as the Project Manager for the Students and Youth for Democracy (SYfD) programme of Visthar. In this role, he works extensively with students and young people to nurture leadership and raise awareness around human rights, child rights, and gender equality. Dharmaraj continues to foster social transformation through education, dialogue, and the arts.
